Illustrator

An Adobe application that enables you to view thumbnails of your files and helps you sort and organize those files. It gives you centralized access to all your Illustrator files and to other media assets you may need for your projects. In Illustrator, the Go To Bridge button is located on the Application bar.

Indicates how the lines are aligned on the right and left edges, such as left, centered, and right.

Uses only uppercase letterforms for each letter.

Colors that are side by side on the color wheel. They create gentle and relaxing color schemes.

A point connecting two segments on a path. An anchor point can be either a corner point or a curved point. See also corner point and smooth anchor point.

The attributes that are applied to an object and that are listed on the Appearance panel.

The bar at the top of the Application frame. The bar contains the Go To Bridge button, the Arrange Documents menu, the Workspace switcher menu, and the Search for Help field. In Windows, the main Illustrator menus also appear on this bar.

The frame that surrounds the Illustrator interface and contains the Application bar, document windows, and panels, as well as select zoom and artboard navigation options.

A type object (consisting of many lines of text) where type wraps to fit within a vector shape.
