MOS1.1. PowerPoint Advanced (English)

1. Open the PowerPoint_3-3 presentation, and change the presentation Theme to Frame.

2. Display slide 3, and do the following:

1. 1. Insert a Half Circle Organization Chart SmartArt graphic (in the Hierarchy category).
   2. In the manager’s position at the top of the organization chart, enter your name.
   3. Enter Joan as your assistant.
   4. Enter Jaime, Kathy, and Susie as the three employees.
   5. Delete your assistant from the organization chart, and then add Joan as an assistant to Susie.
   6. Change the color scheme of the organization chart to Colored Outline – Accent 1 (in the Accent 1 section) or any other that is to your liking.

3. Display slide 4 and do the following:

1. Convert the bulleted list to a Continuous Block Process SmartArt graphic (in the Process category).

2. Change the layout to Basic Venn (in the Relationship category).

3. Change the style to Polished (in the 3-D section).
4. Change the colors to Colorful – Accent Colors (in the Colorful section).
5. Apply the Fill: Black, Text color 1; Shadow WordArt style to the diagram text.
6. Select the Administration & Human Resources shape and change its fill color to Dark Red (in the Standard Colors palette).

4. Save the PowerPoint_3-3 presentation.

5. Open the PowerPoint_3-3_results presentation. Compare the two presentations to check your work.

6. Close the open presentations.

Open the PP16_ExamTask_3-3.pptx  presentation and do the following:

1. Change the colors on the SmartArt graphic on slide 3 to Colored Outline – Accent 1.

Create a new presentaion and do the following:

2. On slide 1, add a Pyramid List that contains the text "Read", "Practice", and "Teach" from top to bottom. Apply the Cartoon style. Resizing the pyramid is optional.
