5.2 Practice & Exam Tasks
Practice Tasks
The practice file for these tasks is located in the Objective 5-2 practice file folder. The folder also contains a result file that you can use to check your work.
1. Open the PowerPoint_5-2 presentation and do the following:

2. Use the Document Inspector to locate and remove all identifying and tracking information and comments from the file. Leave the speaker notes in the presentation. | |
3. Assign the password P@ssword to the presentation so that the file can be opened but not changed. 4. Save the presentation with the name MyPassword, and close it. |

5. Open a read-only version of the password-protected MyPassword presentation and do the following:

6. In the PowerPoint_5-2a presentation, do the following:

7. Save the presentation as PowerPoint_5-2b.pptx. 8. Open the PowerPoint_5-2_results presentation. Compare the two presentations to check your work. Then close the open presentations. |
Exam Tasks
Open the PP16_ExamTask_5-2.pptx presentation and do the following:
Remove document properties and personal information. | |
Inspect for and remove annotations and content that is positioned off the slide.
